For Program Directors

A structured way to give your residents access to HighYieldNeuro while providing the program with regular, objective insight into how residents are studying and where they need support.

Program reporting

Once your residents are enrolled, the program receives three kinds of information on an ongoing basis:

Weekly performance and usage reports

A weekly summary of resident activity and performance across the cohort — who is active on the platform, how residents are scoring, and how engagement changes over the year.

Per-resident weak-topic analysis

For each resident, the platform identifies the weakest topic areas and provides corresponding study recommendations, so remediation can be directed to specific gaps ahead of the in-training examination.

Performance-based study emails for residents Optional

Residents may opt in to receive automated emails suggesting study topics drawn from their own performance data, on a schedule the program sets. This feature is entirely optional and off by default.

Implementation

Setup is handled on our side; there is no new system for your faculty to build or maintain.

  1. Enrollment. You provide a resident roster, or residents self-enroll using a program code.
  2. Access. Each resident receives full platform access, and the program receives its reporting view.
  3. Reporting. Weekly performance and usage summaries begin for the program.
  4. Optional resident emails. If desired, performance-based study emails are enabled for residents.

Intended benefits

  • RITE and board readiness tracked across the academic year
  • Objective remediation data to identify residents who need support earlier
  • Documentation of engagement and performance to support evaluations
  • Minimal faculty overhead — reporting and emails are managed for you
  • Neurology-specific content — questions, flashcards, and study notes across subspecialties
  • Individualized recommendations that adapt to each resident’s performance
